I’m confused by the discussion around 13 minutes into this podcast where Johnny and Bob talk about selecting victories to share with newcomers in the open share group. This is confusing for me because I thought I heard Brad and Reneé say something different at the Summit about “second sharing”, a form of “fixing”.
Could you help me understand the difference?
