The fourth installment of the guidelines series is ready to go. This week Bob and Johnny discuss the fourth guideline, the need for confidentiality. They talk about the need to enforce this guideline and some of the special circumstances involved here.

I heard this at the perfect time. Praise God. We just had an issue come up and this reienforced that we handled things the correct way. This whole series on the guidelines has been very helpful to remind us of the importance of the guidelines. This has also given us tools to better explain and relate to and to own the guidelines.
